Terms of Service

Patron Care Services provides professional security solutions including:

• Security guard services for residential, commercial, and industrial premises
• Event security and crowd management
• CCTV surveillance installation and monitoring
• Corporate and executive protection services
• Industrial and warehouse security

All security services are subject to a formal service agreement which will include:

• Detailed scope of security services to be provided
• Service duration, schedules, and deployment details
• Pricing, payment terms, and billing cycles
• Responsibilities of both parties
• Termination and notice period requirements

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your security requirements
• Ensure a safe working environment for our security personnel
• Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
• Notify us promptly of any incidents or concerns
• Not engage our personnel for tasks outside the agreed scope

Patron Care Services commits to:

• Deploy trained, verified, and licensed security personnel
• Maintain professional standards and conduct at all times
• Provide 24/7 support and emergency response
• Replace personnel promptly if required
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

While we strive to provide the highest quality security services, Patron Care Services shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Losses exceeding the fees paid for our services

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and as specified in the service agreement.

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately
• Our personnel will be withdrawn from the premises
• Any client property in our possession will be returned

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
